Tilda with Rubber Boots

Here we have Tilda with Rubber Boots. What a happy stamp this is. Tilda is here for Little Claires Challenge #4 Spring Celebrations. Waiting for the rain so she can use her brand new rubber boots. This card was colored with Prismacolor Premier Pencils which is new to me and I really enjoyed using them.
