This is what I used: Crafty Pad digi's, DP is Howdy Doody, Miss Caroline from My Mind's Eye, Framelits Labels, ribbon and pearls are from Stampin-up, Buttons and lace from my stash.

This is gorgeous, I love the way you have layered the images and also used them to decorate the inside of your card as well. I can't believe how many lines you manage on the bingo board.
